仰向けの姿勢で脚全体にオイルトリートメントを行い、2本の竹の棒を使って足裏・足の甲・ふくらはぎを丁寧にほぐします。むくみや重だるさを和らげ、すっきりと軽い足へ導きます。Foot massage (Dagdagay) performed in a supine position using oil treatment and two bamboo sticks.
